Stimulating Brain Tea
*Tulsi, *Peppermint, *Siberian ginseng root, *Rosemary, *Cinnamon, * Ginger root

Pour 12-16oz. water just off a boil over 1-2 Tbsp. of tea mixture. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. This tea can be on the spicier side, so I suggest starting with 1 Tbsp. and steeping longer if needed for your first cup.
Great for a breakfast cup, before and/or during ameeting, or before an exam.
